What is 360° Feedback?

360 degree feedback is a tool that gives individuals a clear view of their performance at work. Opinions are gathered from the person being assessed, people that work for them, their peers and their manager. All views are grouped together to form the full picture. In most cases opinions are expressed by the completion of a questionnaire covering different aspects of expected performance factors.

Online 360° feedback programs made easy.

This tool is specifically designed for use by managers and HR consultants or trainers - internal or external. It is provided on an ASP (application services provider) basis.

All you need is an email address, a web browser and Adobe Acrobat. For example, if you have a client (internal or external) who needs a 360 feedback process and you do not have the capability to run this online, use this tool. You operate the tool from your own Administration Panel using a very simple menu system. We provide the back end 'smarts' - database, security, confidentiality, report generation, etc. You only pay at the end of the process for the end product - a 360° feedback report. There are no up-front, establishment charges.

Our aim is allow you to run your own online 360 degree feedback process as easily as developing a report, creating a spreadsheet or assembling a presentation.
