360 degree feedback price and pricing policy

Costs

$AUD220.00 for each 360 report

Notes:

This cost:

1. Applies regardless of how many observers contributed to that report.
2. Includes all elements of the end-to-end 360 process:
   • You create the 360 diagnostic using our tool - no charge
   • You enter the email addresses of the participants ("self") into our system - no charge
   • You initiate the process and participants receive an email asking them to invite observers - no charge
   • The tool connects each observer to the diagnostic and allows them to complete the survey - no charge
   • You monitor responses and instruct the tool to send out reminders to observers who have not responded - no charge
   • You instruct the tool to close off the process - no charge
   • You instruct the tool to process the data and print reports - fee of $AUD220.00 payable per report.

You only pay at the end of the process for the end product - 360 feedback reports.

Payment options

Payment can be made by electronic funds transfer, credit card or cheque.

Notes:

1. You will be asked to complete an "authority to invoice", which you must accept before the system will permit you to print any 360 feedback reports.
   This authority will:
   • Allow you to enter the name of the entity to be invoiced and a purchase order number (optional);
   • Specify the number of participants in the program;
   • Specify the total cost you will be charged.
2. You may request an invoice from us at any time, if you prefer not to use option 1 above.
