What is 360 Degree Feedback? 360 degree feedback is a tool that gives individuals a clear view of their performance at work. Opinions are gathered from the person being assessed, people that work for them, their peers and their manager. All views are grouped together to form the full picture. The iedex tool is a complete turnkey system for running a 360 feedback program online.

While the feature that allows new programs to be created has now disabled, all previous programs will remain stored here.
You can still access these old programs - view the questionnaire, print reports, etc.

We will soon be phasing out use of this older tool and are not encouraging the starting of new programs.
